Adam Strach

Adam started his career at the Big 4 after graduating from James Madison University. Needing a change, he founded Pipaya Partners in 2009 which was acquired by Prosperity Partners in 2025, where he now co-leads Prosperity’s Transaction Services division. Over the course of his career, Adam has advised on over 200 M&A transactions with a focus on firms whose end customer is the US Government.
