Ella Midenjak

Ella Midenjak graduated from University of Vermont in 2010 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Post graduation, Ella went into retail management, becoming a Store Manager of a supermarket store before transitioning to Human Resources. After nearly 6 years in HR, she joined Danaher Attig & Plante in 2023, now Prosperity Partners. As a member of the Burlington Prosperity team, Ella loves helping clients and especially celebrating office birthdays!

• Favorite thing about my job: My coworkers. We are a close-knit team that cares about one other, lifts each other up, and is always there for help or encouragement!
• Favorite vacation you’ve taken: I love going on cruises and exploring different areas of the world. Two of my favorite cruises include a trip I took in 2023 to England, Ireland and Scotland, and a more recent cruise in May 2025 where I went to Spain, France, and Italy. I also fell in love with Rhode Island when we visited Newport to see all the Gilded Age mansions. I was awestruck by the history and the stunning landscapes.
• What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? My hobby is running but more so, I just love being active – hiking, walking, pilates, playing sports, weightlifting, etc. I love being in nature and watching sunrises. I am currently training for my first ever marathon, which I hope will be successful! I am also a very big personal finance nerd, and I particularly love playing around with financial independence calculators.
• Favorite concert you’ve attended: Seeing the Eagles at the Sphere in Las Vegas on their farewell tour. It was incredible and made even better by the venue!
