Jake Welsh

Jake Welsh is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in the Legal Environment of Business. He also obtained a certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development through the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Jake began his career at Pipaya (now Prosperity) as an M&A Analyst in 2022, following a successful internship with the firm in the summer of 2021. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? Video production for college and professional athletes.
Favorite way to celebrate your birthday: Spending quality time with friends and family (and a quality meal at one of New York’s many restaurants)!
Favorite concert you’ve attended: The Lumineers in the summer of 2025 at Citi Field. Their rendition of Billy Joel’s “New York State of Mind” was spectacular.
Favorite workout or sport to play? As a former high school football player, I still enjoy having a football catch with my friends wherever we can find the space!
