Karen Maddaloni

Karen Maddaloni graduated Cum Laude from Bernard Baruch College in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Minor in Psychology. Karen brings over 20 years of experience in the administrative field, joining the New York team in December of 2011 as an Administrative Assistant before being promoted to the role of Firm Administrator in 2015. In 2023, she was promoted to the role of Director of Staff Administration, where she oversees the New York Administrative team with a concentration in resource management. Karen has over 10 years’ experience in staffing and scheduling client engagements based on complexity and staff expertise. In her free time, her favorite thing to do is to travel to new places and take road trips with her family.

• Favorite Thing About My Job: My favorite thing about my job is having the opportunity to collaborate with all members of the team, from the interns to members within leadership. I personally enjoy that every day is different from the one prior regardless of any challenges that may come along the way, as it’s an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
• Favorite work outing you’ve been on: The 2025 Summer picnic, as it gave us all an opportunity to spend the day away from our desks to engage in fun outdoor activities surrounded by the beauty of Central Park.
• Favorite concert you’ve attended: Marc Anthony’s concert at Barclays Center in November of 2019. My husband surprised me for my birthday with concert tickets. Singing his music along with the other fans and sharing the moment with my husband was just one of the most memorable experiences! I do have to mention that attending the Metallica concert with my husband and son was my second favorite concert. It was an unexpected and fun experience which I will always remember.
• Favorite vacation you’ve taken: Our 2008 trip to Los Cabos, Mexico! Spending the week enjoying the amazing ocean views, snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez, and taking in the sunsets along with my husband was an unforgettable experience and one of our fondest memories together.
