Lisa Santelli-Parr serves as Vice President of Operations at the Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey office. With more than 30 years of experience in financial management, business operations, and organizational leadership across multiple industries, she brings a diverse background and a results-driven approach to the professional services environment. Throughout her career, Lisa has focused on improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, managing costs, and supporting sustainable growth. Known for her ability to turn strategy into action, she is committed to building strong teams, enhancing firm performance, and maintaining exceptional client service.

Beyond her professional career, Lisa is a published author of Parrtelli: Just Desserts, A Blended Family’s Favorites (2013). She is also the Founder and President of the Naz Regalbuto Scholarship Foundation, which has awarded more than $75,000 in scholarships in her hometown of Washington Township, New Jersey. Additionally, she organized the Naz Regalbuto Walk for Pancreatic Cancer, raising over $30,000 for cancer research.

• Favorite Thing About My Job: Without a doubt, the people and the opportunity to collaborate! I am fortunate to work alongside such a talented and dedicated team. • Favorite vacation you’ve taken: Hands down, Italy and Sicily! I’ve been fortunate enough to visit twice, and I would go back every year if I could! From the incredible food and welcoming people to the beautiful beaches, rich culture, and breathtaking scenery, there’s truly nothing like it. Some of my favorite experiences include riding four-wheelers up Mount Etna in Sicily, taking boat rides through Venice, and enjoying the stunning Amalfi Coast. One of the most memorable moments of my first trip was visiting the small town of Regalbuto in Sicily, which shares my maiden name and family heritage. Seeing my family name on buildings and signs throughout the town was such a special and unforgettable experience. Italy will always hold a special place in my heart!
