Meg Beditz

Meg joined Farkouh, Furman & Faccio as an Administrative Assistant in 2014, after which her role evolved to a primary focus in operations and business development. Her early involvement in nearly all facets of practice management—including, but not limited to, client relations, billing, recruiting, and marketing—has contributed to her deep understanding of operations for professional services and the requirements needed to provide top tier client service. She was promoted to COO in 2025 before joining Prosperity Partners as VP of Operations in 2026.

She obtained a B.S. in English with minors in Communications and Journalism from State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta, where she played softball for four years and served as senior captain. She also holds an M.S. in Publishing from Pace University.

Meg’s favorite sport is baseball, and she’s a lifelong New York Yankees fan (with high standards set by their 1996 and 1998 dream teams). Don’t mention the World Baseball Classic around her unless you want a dissertation. When she’s not playing softball or trying a new food spot, Meg most enjoys traveling, attending concerts, painting, baking, exploring nature, and, above all, maximizing time with the friends and family who fill her cup.

• Favorite Thing About My Job: Hands down, the people. I’m grateful to work alongside some amazing humans. My job path has opened the door to endless personal connections that I’ll carry with me for life, whether it’s my colleagues within the firm, our clients, my AGA friends around the world, or the corner deli staff who know my coffee order before I’ve said, “good morning”.
• Favorite Vacation you’ve taken: I usually say “the next one”, because I always want to see more of the world, and because it’s impossible to choose just one trip as my favorite. Two highlights have been Iceland (my first ever solo international trip) and Thailand (the farthest place I’ve traveled solo). It’s such a privilege to learn about different people, cultures, and places through travel. No matter where you find yourself in life, if you have an opportunity to take a solo trip, do it—trust me. It will change you in the best ways, and whether it’s two days or two weeks, you’ll return knowing yourself better than you thought possible.
• Best dish you can cook (bake): From-scratch iced sugar cookies. A Christmas staple in my family, the recipe is my grandmother’s, and I now get requests to make them year-round.
• Favorite way to celebrate your birthday? Simply, and with the people I love most.
