EXPERTISE: Revenue Recognition Analysis, Audit Support
- Favorite thing about my job: My favorite thing about my job is the culture, which is rooted in continuous learning and professional growth. Team members are always willing to provide guidance and insight, ensuring that we understand not just how to complete a task, but why it matters. The firm fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where questions are encouraged, and mentorship happens organically. That commitment to development empowers employees to expand their expertise, build confidence, and grow both personally and professionally.
- Favorite vacation you’ve taken: My favorite vacation has to be St. Maarten, a stunning Caribbean Island divided between the Dutch and French sides. I was blown away by the mix of amazing cuisine, the endless mystical beaches, and the breathtaking views at every turn. Honestly, I’d go back every year if I could—maybe even retire there someday! If you haven’t been yet, I’d put it on your bucket list.
- Favorite workout or sport to play: Basketball has always been my favorite. I played in high school and college, and I still love the game. These days, I don’t get to play as much as I’d like, but I’m hoping to work it back into my schedule. NYC gyms with courts can be hard to find, so if anyone has recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
- If you could have dinner with one Marvel character, who would it be and why? I’d have to pick Ironman. First off, he’s probably the richest, which guarantees a great dinner no matter what. Then, I need answers—was there really no other way for the Avengers to beat Thanos? And honestly, why didn’t he just send JARVIS in the suit to replace him? Talk about a selfish move. But yeah… Ironman, for sure.
- Favorite concert you’ve attended: I’ve only been to two concerts—Drake and Nicki Minaj—so I’d have to go with Drake. He was flying through the air, there was mist everywhere, and I swear he paid someone’s college tuition right there in the floor seats—how cool is that?! Definitely a show I’ll never forget.
- Favorite way to celebrate your birthday: My favorite way to celebrate my birthday is to let my wife take full control of the plans. She proudly claims my birthday as her “half birthday,” since it falls exactly six months from hers — a tradition I’ve learned not to challenge. While I don’t always agree with the budget she has in mind, I can’t argue with the experience. In the end, I always appreciate the time we spend celebrating together… and if I’m being honest, I sometimes enjoy it even more than she does.
- What is your go-to karaoke song? Everything by Mary J Blige. The song is just a classic and I have moved rooms while singing it at karaoke. I actually think in my past life I could’ve been a singer, but that’s a tale for another time!
