EXPERTISE: Tax Planning and Compliance, High-Net-Worth Individuals, Partnership Taxation, Multi-state Taxation
Favorite Thing About My Job: I enjoy solving problems. When a tax issue gets complicated, I like digging into it, figuring out the best approach, and explaining it in a way the client can understand. I also enjoy the relationships I’ve built with clients and coworkers over the years!
Favorite Vacation you’ve taken: Traveling to Ireland with my family. It was quite an adventure, to put it mildly, and we came home with some great stories.
What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? I enjoy running and being outside. Kayaking and paddleboarding with my son are two of my favorite ways to spend a nice day.
What would the title of your autobiography be? “Amended and Dangerous.” I’m a tax guy who grew up watching 1980s action movies, so it seems appropriate!
If you were a board game, what game would you be? Monopoly. I’m competitive, I like strategy, and I would probably spend too much time thinking about the tax consequences of every deal.
Favorite Workout or Sport to Play: Running! I like having a race on the calendar and something specific to train toward.
Favorite Movie Quote: “You’re gonna need a bigger boat.” – Jaws (1975). Anyone who has watched a simple tax return turn into a major project knows why…
