Morgan McCarty

Morgan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education before completing her Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She has built her career around organization, operations, and creating efficient systems that help businesses run smoothly. As a Billing & Licensure Administrator, she enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and making sure the details are taken care of so her teammates can focus on serving clients. Morgan believes in building strong relationships, communicating clearly, and always finding a way to get the job done! Outside of work, she teaches Yoga Sculpt classes, loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs, enjoys being at the barn with her horses, and is always looking for new restaurants and foods to try.

• Favorite Thing About My Job: I love finding ways to make things run more efficiently and helping create systems that make everyone’s job easier. There’s nothing more satisfying than solving a problem before it becomes one.
• Favorite vacation you’ve taken: Cabo! Between the views, the amazing food, and the relaxing atmosphere, it’s one of my favorite places to recharge. Riding camels was fun to do as well.
• What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? I teach Yoga Sculpt classes outside of work and love helping people feel stronger and more confident. When I’m not teaching, I’m usually spending time with my husband, our two dogs, visiting the barn with my horses, or checking out a new restaurant.
• What’s the best dish you can cook? Probably tacos or chili. I love cooking, but I also love checking out new restaurants and trying different foods whenever I get the chance.
• Favorite workout or sport to play: Yoga Sculpt and strength training.
