Peggy Challe graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Communication Arts and brings over 20 years of experience in Public Accounting and Asset Management Talent Acquisition. She began her career at Citi and most recently worked at Grant Thornton before joining Prosperity Partners. Peggy has a strong track record of sourcing and placing senior, mid-level, and early-career professionals, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. She serves as a trusted advisor to both stakeholders and candidates, aligning top-tier talent with opportunities where they can thrive and create long-term value. • Favorite vacation you’ve taken: My favorite vacation was a 2025 ski trip to Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy. Skiing the Dolomites and taking in the breathtaking scenery was an unforgettable experience.
• What is the best dish you can cook? According to my family, my signature dish is Buffalo Chicken Dip — a recipe that has achieved near-legendary status at gatherings and is rumored to bring good luck during Packers games. I don’t claim to control the outcome, but the theory has been well tested!
