Rangoli Sencpa

Rangoli Sen graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a Chartered Accountant from India. She started her career at PwC Consulting and worked as a finance professional at Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson) in Gurgaon, Kolkata India. After moving to the US, she passed the US CPA exams and has worked for 10+ years as a tax professional/supervisor for boutique public accounting firms in NJ.

She joined Prosperity Partners in December 2025 as part of the merger between Prosperity Partners and Mizrach Group (Dorfman Mizrach and Thaler), taking on the role of Senior Tax Associate.

• Favorite Concert you’ve Attended: Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony at Phoenix Symphony Hall conducted by Tito Munoz – an orchestral masterpiece!
• What is the best dish you can cook? I am a seafood enthusiast who loves making Indian seafood recipes.
• Desert Island Book: The Charles Dickens Collection. Each book is immersive enough to keep my mind engaged on a desert island.
• Favorite Vacation you’ve taken: Alaska’s Inside Passage cruise in 2013. It was a breathtaking and unforgettable voyage through fjords, islands, and coastal towns of Alaska.
• What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? I enjoy listening to music. I also like to do embroidery and pencil sketching.
• Favorite workout or sport to play: Bollywood dance-cardio workouts and yoga.
