Shannon Richards

Shannon Richards is from Chicago, Illinois and currently works as a part of the Client Accounting Services team in the New York City office. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami and has a Master’s Degree in Music from Indiana University. Shannon has been working in the accounting field for several years and has gained experience in a myriad of sectors (anything from non-profits to starts ups) but primarily focuses on high-net-worth individual and family office accounting. Outside of the office, Shannon continues to pursue creative endeavors in both the music and ceramic realms.

• Favorite thing about my job: I really like the people that I work with. Our office has a great community of associates, and I enjoy getting to spend time with the team.
• What is your side gig/passion project/hobby? I sell pottery that I make, and I do gig work as a singer! Both bring me a lot of joy.
• Favorite concert you’ve attended: That’s tough, but I recently saw Lady Gaga in Paris and it was incredible.
• Favorite workout or sport to play: I run a decent amount and enjoy it! I run a few small races a year.
