Shashin Bhukhanwala graduated from Mumbai University with a degree in Accounting and Economics. After graduating, he pursued his Chartered Accountancy from the ICAI and cleared his Intermediate examinations. He joined SurePrep India (Pvt) ltd in 2004, heading a project for one of the biggest clients of the company for 7 years. For many years, he was a part of the testing team that tested 1040 SCAN products before being released for use. After working for more than 20 years with SurePrep, he joined Prosperity’s VGS team as a Tax Manager.

  • Favorite thing about my job: Interacting with different Tax Managers from various offices across the US.
  • What is the best dish you can cook? I am not a good cook, but can cook a nice Jeera Rice dish (easy and quick)!
  • Favorite way to celebrate your birthday? Spending the evening with my family at a nice beach.
  • What would your last meal be? Pooran Poli – A wheat tortilla bread stuffed with sweetened chickpea stuffing.
  • Favorite movie quote: “Mera naam hai crime master gogo—aya hu to kuch lekar hi jaaunga.” Translation is “My name is Master GoGo – If I come, I will take something with me.”
