Steve Mizrachcpa

At twenty-three years of age, Steven Mizrach was one of the youngest people in New York State to be made Partner. Steve was previously the Partner-In-Charge of the Iselin office of a regional accounting and consulting firm, before securing Partner at Dorfman Mizrach & Thaler, LLP (DMT). In December 2025, the Mizrach team joined forces with Prosperity Partners, where he has remained a Partner and leader of the Iselin team.

Steve has extensive experience in dealing with the business community in matters that include structuring transactions, financing, financial analysis, and “visionary thinking.” Steve has a broad background in Taxation and Accounting for companies in the technology, manufacturing, transportation, publishing, advertising, real estate, healthcare, and entertainment industries. A perfectionist and excellent negotiator, Steve’s forte lies in his unparalleled ability to deal with complex transactions that develop into life-altering events for the clients.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Medical Group Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from Pace University. Steve is a licensed CPA in both New Jersey and New York. He has lectured extensively for many professional and trade organizations, and frequently appears on television and radio as a Financial Commentator.
