Varad Salvi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University. He launched his career in 2018 with SurePrep, a part of Thomson Reuters, where he developed a strong foundation in tax operations, data validation, and team coordination. During his tenure, he not only ensured the accuracy of critical financial documents, but also took the lead in supervising contractors and conducting comprehensive training on process workflows. Varad’s role expanded into tech support, where he excelled in client communication across chat, phone, and email channels. He successfully led a team of 18 support agents, guiding them in resolving complex client queries while maintaining high service standards. His initiative in designing training modules significantly improved the onboarding experience for new clients. Additionally, as a key member of the UltraTax Tech Support team, he provided expert assistance to clients on tax software issues related to 1065s and 1120s. His consistent performance and leadership earned him the “Employee of the Month” recognition three times.

In February 2025, Varad brought his experience and versatility to Prosperity Partners as a Tax Preparer. He specializes in preparing tax returns and actively supports colleagues in resolving technical issues. His dual expertise in tax and technology continues to add value by enhancing efficiency and promoting team collaboration.

  • What would your last meal be? Traditional Maharashtrian cuisine – especially a plate of warm, sweet Modaks that reminds me of home.
