EXPERTISE: Succession planning including UPREIT and ESOP structures; Choice of Entity considerations with an emphasis in planning, structuring, and reporting for partnerships; and practice in the Real Estate space including, development, residential, multifamily, office, commercial, and hospitality uses.
- Favorite Thing about my Job: People. Regardless of our specific role or function, we are ALL in the communication business.
- Best prepared dish: I get requests to prepare one of three dishes for get togethers, either: lobster tails, rack of lamb, or bone-in prime rib, but my favorite is a brunch / breakfast BELT sandwich.
- Gig / passion project / hobby: In addition to youth soccer, I enjoy camping and homebrewing. Susan and I have included our entire family in camping adventures from infancy to adulthood. The highlight of homebrewing had to be constructing my first “keezer” to serve our Creamsicle lager and Brown ale at my oldest son’s wedding reception.
- Favorite Concert: Definitely “Old School,” Santana, Lynard Skynyrd, and Peter Frampton at Rynearson Stadium in the day. I met my future spouse at the concert although as we laughed about it a couple of years later, it was more of a confrontation.
